The First of Everything
First generation. First grandchild. First of over 30 cousins on her mother's side. First in my Filipino family to navigate the corridors of corporate America, and no one back home had a map to give me.
Yet I didn't wait for a mentor who looked like me. I climbed anyway.
The Ladder
Was Real
What started as a management trainee role in a corporation became a master class in what it takes to move — through operations, sales, HR, and leadership development — in an organization where the only way forward was to earn it.
In a system built on merit promotion, I learned something that would define the rest of my career: trajectory matters. Not just where you are, but where you’re headed, and whether you have the wind to get there.
Leaving Corporate to Elevate Myself and Others.
In 2020, I left my corporate career and launched Leadership Ladder — with a singular focus: to be the sponsor and strategist for others who look like me. To identify where you are on your career ladder and simply say: Let's partner to get you where you want to go.
The name and brand icon weren't accidental. Two men and a lady shaped my trajectory in corporate — leaders who pushed me into discomfort, believed in my ability to rise before I believed in myself, and gave me wind when I needed it most. The sail in the Leadership Ladder mark is a tribute to them, and a promise to every client: you don't have to tack alone.
First-Hand Experience
I have close to 30 years of experience inside some of the most demanding corporate environments in the country, a network built at the intersection of business, nonprofit, government, and community — a track record of working with leaders at the senior level of major corporations to unlock what's next.

I build custom programs frameworks that fit your needs. I listen deeply before I say anything. I think of the ripple effect and consequence of each potential action. And I will only ake you on as an individual or corporate client if I genuinely believe I can help you move.
What I’ve Built
Through the Leadership Ladder, I have created proprietary tools to elevate performance.

Connective S.P.A.C.E.
is an approach taught to individuals and teams to learn how to leverage interdependencies to executive collectively.
I have served on...
nonprofit boards, leveraged community organizations as talent pipelines into corporations, developed systems and partnerships both internal and external to companies that have maximized human capital, and built rosters for companies who needed to do more than source talent – they needed to elevate and sustain their talent
